This type of plants is designed to meet the filtration requirements of those particular materials resulting
from producing by shaving removal, wire drawing, forging, calendering or chemical processing in all those industries where a process liquid used must be reused.
Sari’s filtration and microfiltration plants are usually composed of 2 or more sedimentation tanks connected to a self-cleaning filtering system and made to measure according to the specific needs of the customer.
An example could be the plant to remove the slag on the welding wire. A 180° steam jet washes the wire and the resulting water is collected in the 2 sedimentation tanks: in the first tank the solid materials are separated, in the second one are separated the other materials.
During this process the temperature of the water is kept at 80°; it is then filtered by a self-cleaning filter
and insert into the last tank. It remains here before being moved inside the boiler, which brings it to a
temperature of 180° to prepare it for reuse.
